Transport from Missouri to Vancouver BC CANADA

Hi there,

My fiance and I were on the Petfinder site the other day and found this lovely girl at the Missouri Humane Society. We had been thinking of buying a new puppy sister for Luke and then thought if we could rescue it would be even nicer. They told me that they would consider us for adoption so long as we pay the transport fees. I am not sure how I would go about making the arrangements or even looking into it. Missouri is awfully far from us

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
