It is such a beautiful country, you are right. I couldn't believe it! We did not go to the hot springs on this trip....there were alot of things we didn't get to do b/c the trip was so short. But we mainly didn't go to the hot springs b/c it was so HOT there already. It sounded really nice but when we were sitting there in 100 degree heat, it just didn't seem like a good idea. I do want to go back though at some pont and do all those things we didn't get to do this time...maybe even the hot springs!!

Flying through the jungle....
Beautiful? Yes....The most terrifying thing I have ever done in my life? YESSSSSSS!!!!!! We did this in Jamaica two years ago. We were on vacation with another couple. Everyone wanted to do it but me so I didn't want to be the party pooper. My husband told me I shouldn't--he knew it wouldn't go well and sure enough....I cried the entire time....lol....how embarassing.
I am glad to hear you guys like it though! I wish I could overcome those fears.... Carolyn |
