USA to UK getting near!!

So I have just over a month left in sunny, sunny California.

I am now starting to get very nervous about Flying Billy over.

I worry that I don't have everything completed correctly and he will be stuck in quarantine for 6 months.

Then I worry that he will escape from the crate at LAX.

I really am driving DH crazy - he tells me to relax as we have done everything correctly!!

I am sure things will go fine
Have you already moved all your furnitures? Are you sleeping on the floor?

Next time you visit London, I recommend the Pepper Three as you are into spicy food! It is a Thai restaurant. Their curry made me cry LOL Fortunately no indigestion.

Thanks Olly - will def go for a meal there.

The furniture goes next week - we have rental furniture 'till we leave - so no floor sleeping for us, although the children think that would be an adventure!

How exciting for you - hope all goes well. You'll miss the good weather though!

Olly, I like reading your restaurant reviews!

Sarah: how long have you been in California? You will miss the sun indeed once you are in

Jan: thanks! I started it because I noticed many blogs here are sponsored and do not tell about it! It is pretty noticeable since they will all review the same restaurant at about the same time. Of course, the reviews are always positive. How can you do a review of a restaurant when the restaurant invited you for a free meal!?

I’m sending positive (((((vibes))))) for Billy to have a smooth ride! How do your kids feel about going back? Are they upset about leaving their friends?

Olly - we have only been here for 4 sun soaked years, but have loved every minute of it.

The children are very excited and also sad - they have missed our family, they will both miss the LA Dodgers - HUGE fans. They will miss playing Baseball & Softball also. They both start new schools so it is very exciting for them and us.

The removal men were here Monday & Tuesday and Billy did great. When they came in on Monday I asked them to each give him a treat, he sniffed them and them went back to sleep on his chair in the sun!! Tuesday was a bit more frantic as they were finishing wrapping & packing and then loading into the crate for transportation. Billy was awesome - I am very proud of him.

I hope you all have a safe flight! I can’t wait to hear that you’re all safe & settled! Paws crossed that Billy won’t be too nervous on the flight! I’m sure he is going to love his new home!

Wishing you and your family a safe journey, and the very best in your new life in the UK! How exciting! Special vibes going out to Billy and wish an uneventful plane ride for him, it would be nice if he slept all the way.
