It's been lovely knowing you all........
.......I am off to Thailand tomorrow
 on my big jungle trek to raise funds for NCHThe enormity of my challenge has only just hit me - walking for miles in the Scottish hills does NOT prepare anyone for trekking through the jungle carrying a rucksack in 30%+ humidity ! I really need the famous BW vibes right now - IF I return intact, I'll let you all know if they worked  For any Scottish members, tune in to Real Radio - Cat from the breakfast show is coming with us and will be trying to get a live link going  ......I'm taking a 'photo of Biff to keep me going (and DH just happened to get is big noggin in there too  )
