Albums

The new version of the forums has an album area There is a link to these at the top of the forums.

The albums are for photos NOT of boxers (or other pets). We already have the photo gallery for pet photos, with around 55,000 photos uploaded. Those can't be moved to the albums and we don't want the boxer photos scattered in several places. So please don't upload boxer photos to your album area (they would not be approved).

If you want to have an album, you can create it from your user profile area.

How do I use albums?

As a member, you can create Albums of images that are linked to your profile. Albums can be created by visiting the User Control Panel, and clicking on the 'Pictures & Albums' link, and then clicking on 'Add Album'.

Each album can have a title ('Joe's Holiday to Nepal'), and a description ('A bunch of photos from my recent adventure').

How do I upload pictures?

Once you've created an album you can upload images to it. Simply view the album and click on 'Upload Pictures'.

Please note that the maximum photo dimensions are 640x640 pixels, and the maximum file size is 117kb.

Do the albums need to be a specific topic or can you make an album and just call it Misc. Photos or something along that line?

You can call your albums anything you like, as long as it's not pet related (or topics inappropriate to a family-oriented site, of course )
