I must agree with the last reply. When I first saw Monty he was only 3 weeks old and It was strange to see the litter with tails intact as it's still quite unusual here. However, it never entered my head to think about docking as I know it must be done within the first few days.
Have you only just got her? I only ask this as by the time Monty was 6 months his tail was just part of him as everthing else. It can be a real pain when they are excited, and you have to keep everthing precious at a high level. I have to laugh sometimes though as some people think he is a cross breed. They really think Boxers and other breeds are born with short tails.
Please just enjoy her for what she is.
