What a difference a week makes

Cali is really starting to adjust to her new home and family. She's SO different than the timid, cowering, shy 14 week old pup that we brought home 7 days ago.

How much does Cali weigh at 14 weeks? She is beautiful and from the pictures looks A LOT less hyper than my 16 week old Delbert.

Smile Delbert-Cali is 15 weeks and weights a bit over ...

25 pounds. She was VERY, VERY shy and timid when we got her last Monday the 4th. She and her sister were the last of the litter and I think that over the past few weeks, they weren't handled very much. The breeder just had their first baby and sold their house, so puppy handeling likely wasn't on the very top of their list. I've had boxers for 24 years so I know what sort of insanity awaits us. She's starting to play with Riley, our crazy Lab and has taken to jumping in the kids beds to wake them up each morning. I'm betting that within another week, little Miss Cali will be the typical clownish boxer pup.

Cali has a very expressive face. I just love the wrinkled brow!
