Kong!
Well I got Brody his 1st Kong. Last night I put peanut butter in it and he went crazy. I took it away from him and decided to only give it to him in the mornings while I leave to work. I do not know any stuffing to put in there. Can anyone give me some ideas?

You could also go to the Kong website, www.kongcompany.com. They have lots of recipe ideas on their site.

I plug the small hole with a liver treat. Add some dry dog food, peanut butter, a very small amount of dry cat food, add a little plain yogurt or cheddar cheese. Stuff the big hole with a dog bisquit and smear peanut butter to fill in the spaces. I make 2 at a time and keep them in the freezer. When it's time for us to leave for work, I get one out of the freezer and she goes right in her crate.
I have also used cheerios, small pieces of apple, banana, leftover pieces of steak, porkchop or chicken.

bayleighmom,
I cant wait to try this. I'm wondering how brody is doing with his right now. This is what i did. Pluged the hole with peanut butter, mixed water and chicken broth, and put some dog jerky in with the water. Into the freezer it goes. This morning he was not into it like i thougth he would be. Only cuz he know i was leaving.

I would fill it with stuffing that is thicker than broth.
Here is a couple of examples of what I fill Remi's Kong with:
mix peanut butter, yogurt, apples...stuff the kong and freeze if you like.
mix peanut butter, bananas and cheerios...stuff the kong and freeze if you like.
There are endless ideas of stuffings...the trick is making it super tasty. Peanut butter is always used at my house...but that is because it is easy and convient...a #1 favorite around here!!

Maci's fave has to be cheesey scrambled eggs. what i do is break an egg in a bowl add some cheese cut into cubes, put it in the microwave for 30sec mix it then put it in her kong (small end plugged with a bit of cheese) put it back in the microwave for about 15 sec let it cool then give it to her.

Kong stuffin's
I am new to this dog treat thing. We don't give Bella "table food". When you talk about stuffing the Kong with cheese, eggs, yogurt, etc, are you talking about regular cheese, eggs, yogurt that people eat? Will this upset her tummy? I have smeared a small amount of PB in her puppy kong. I did not realize you can fill it all the way up.

Yes all human food. I give Brody cooked egg's every other day. Helps with his coat. Yogart (suger free and fat free) he loves it. Plus helps with the gas. haahahahaaaha Does not hurt his tummy at all. Yogart helps with infections from what I was told by our Vet. I give him veggies and banana's He loves them. Its part of his diet. I put PB in it too he loves it the most. Try this freeze chicken broth in the kong in a cup. Fill the little hole with PB. Brody loves it. Other stuff we do to his kong is fill it all up with treats only last a little while for him. he figured out how to get everything out. Have fun with it. Let me know how your baby(ies) love it.

This is all fine to feed......
she doesn't know its 'table food' as it is not off your plate it is in HER kong, so she will think it is regular dog treats IMO its more healthy for them than theese shop brought treats as you don't know what rubbish is in them

Kong
WOW! I mixed PB, yogurt, few small chunks of apple and plugged the small end with cheese. I froze it for several hours and gave it to Bella. She went nuts. She loved it. Thanks for the ideas. I'll post a picture with the next Kong treat. How often can she have something that yummy?
