Ramzz Meat Muffins

This is what I used in my first attempt at home cooking for our babies for our “ Meat Muffins” LOL

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. chicken hearts
1 lb. beef kidney
1 bag peas
4 fresh carrots cut into small to med. size cubes
4 tsp. wheat germ
6 eggs
3 cups of brown rice
Approx. 1/2 cup rolled oats or just enough to make everything stick together
1 large can of tomato sauce

I Pre cook all the meat first in a frying pan with just a little Colonna oil. After the chicken hearts and kidney was
cooked I cubed them into nice bite size pieces. Pre cook the rice, and fresh carrots.
Place the Ground beef, chicken hearts, kidney, pre cooked rice and carrots into a large pot and add your can of
tomato sauce with about one can of water. Stir and bring mixture to a simmer.
Next add your peas and simmer until peas are cooked. Stir in 4 tsp. of wheat germ and let simmer for about 5
minutes. Remove from heat and let stands for a few minutes.
While stirring add your eggs and keep stirring to mix well and try not to let the eggs cook. After adding the eggs I
found it was a bit thin so that is when I added the oats.
Next place mixture into LARGE muffin tins and bake in oven @ 350 for about 7 minutes or until you see they are
firm a little brown. Remove from oven and let stand for about 10 minutes to cool down. Flip muffin tins upside down
onto a plate or cookie sheet and There ya go....meat muffins.
I will tell you Emma and the rest of the gang LOVE them! Hmmm....so did Mrs Ramzz LOL
