Question Plain Yogurt, Cream Cheese & Parmesan Cheese

Is it okay to feed my 5 months old puppy a couple of teaspoons of yogurt mixed with the kibble? Also the same with Philly cream cheese and parmesan cheese?

I think you could do the plain yogurt and a little parmesan, but the cream cheese is different. A lot more fat in it. I think I would omit the cream cheese.

Plain yogurt is fine and ideally should be low fat. I wouldn't feed too much cream cheese, except as a very special treat, like when you are trying to get him to take a pill. LOL Parmesan cheese in very high in salt and I would only give in very small quantities and not very often.

Another alternative is low fat cottage cheese. I tempted my pups with this when they were fussy and I have heard it can help puppy diarrhea as well-which it did for my girl. I put in less than a tablespoon full
