Peanut Butter-Honey Nut Cheerios Balls

Hi all, I just wanted to share these treats with everyone. My boys loves them, hopefully your babies will too.

1/4 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky) (I prefer creamy low fat)

2 cups honey nut cheerios (I prefer to crush them into smaller pieces)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil (I found it's best to use 1/4)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Warm the peanut butterin the microwave for about 1 minute, until it's soft enough to mix with the other ingredients.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the peanut butter, mixing gently but thoroughly.
4. Form rounded teaspoons of the doughinto balls, squeezing each ball in your hand to press it all together. This will reduce some crumbling during baking.
5. Place on greased cookie sheets. (I prefer parchment paper)
6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
7. Remove from oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in an airtight container.

It sounds good enough for humans, I bet the dogs do love them! Did you taste them?

As a matter of fact yes I have tried them. They are good as long as I have a cold glass of milk.
I also made them a turkey jerky that they had to share with me.

I understand, I'm always curious and since the ingredients are human grade I have no problem taste testing. I even tried a pupcake that had 1/2 cup of canidae (ground up) in the mix, that made 12 pupcakes, and there was hardly any taste difference.
