Question Healthy Recipes

Here's the deal:

My only sister's wedding is coming up in less than three months, and the bridesmaids dresses are not in the least bit forgiving. Also, in September, we will be going on a cruise to Mexico (woo-hoo!). I need to get in shape!!!

I need to start eating healthier. I don't have a lot of time through the week to cook elaborate meals, although I do like to cook. I need some EASY, HEALTHY, YUMMY recipes.

Can you help?

Wink Let's try this again...

Well, I didn't end up doing a darn thing for the wedding. I'm still exactly where I was, if not a bit bigger.

Now, I have two months to get in shape before our cruise, and I'm determined to do it! I bought grocercies Saturday and didn't get any junk food. I stuck to healthy stuff: veggies, fruit, cottage cheese, etc.

I just need some good recipes. Thanks for the Cooking Light link, by the way, Shannon. I'll be looking through there.

Anyone else?
