Couscous recipe please
I want to make my own couscous as up until now my MIL has always made lots extra and given us some. It seems really healthy and tastes great. She has gone back to France and well we donīt want to spent ages on the phone discussing food.
So if any of you guys have any great tips please reply. I have done the basic search but its those little secrets that make the difference. Thanx

I have no tips as I just get the preflavored in the boxes but if you find a good recipe, please share. Good luck.

I love couscous but only buy mine in the packets pre flavoured etc, sorry.
I had some in Turkey that had sultana's in it, herbs and peas etc. You can out anything in there and flavour it with lemon juice.
