What Brand Crate to Get?

I will be picking up my first brindle boxer puppy on May 14th and I need to get a crate. What are some good brands that I should consider?

I have an icrate, a large one for medium dogs, it's big but it has a divider in it to fit the size of your puppy and as he grows you can adjust the divider to his size and bed. For me it was great and still is, this way you only have to purchase one crate that will last until your puppy is full grown and still be crated in it. I purchased it at Feeder Supply, but I'm sure you can get them any where. Just a suggestion, it works for Toby and it's roomy! Good luck with the kennel and the arrival of your new puppy!

With our 3 1/2 month old brindle we have a crate from tractor supply. Some helpful information that I received from people is on the thread (What Type of Crate??) if you want to read that. There is even a picture and all. Hope that helps. Good Luck!

I got a Kong crate for my girl. Came with a divider and has a front door and a side door, plus collapses in a matter of seconds.

Thanks everyone. I'm going with a Midwest Life Stages crate that is 42x28x31. It has a front and side door with a divider.

I cant wait to get him. Time is going by so slow!

You'll like it. We have a Kong crate and a icrate. Kong has the doors the open up feature (if don't want swinging doors), that you can just leave open but both are great.
