Help with Potty training and..

Lil Ollie is a doll and we all just love him and he is doing soo well he is 10 weeks old and we are working on .. NO BITE he is learning how to give Hi 5's and sit.. I am just working on things he already does naturally the problem I am having are after we take him out to potty and he has pees at least 2 times and pooped he will come in and in about 10 minutes pee again.I yell NOO and take him out again then he will just run up the steps to go inside and I keep bringing him down on the grass and say lets go potty and if he does i will say good potty good potty Ollie and he is soo proud of himself.. I know he can get the hang of it.He is also doing great with his kennel training and has never had an accident and will sleep from 9 pm to 6 am..such a good lil boy.

The other thing is we have a 8 year old chihuahua and he keeps putting his paw on her back I tell him NO LEAVE IT and re direct his attention to a toy.But naturally he wants to play any advice?? Other than that he is perfect.
