Tyson loves liver treats. He does just about anything for them. I personally stay away from treats sold at Walmart, Kmart, etc. The only kind I buy at Walmart are the Hollywood Stars liver treats. They are around a buck for a container. They are on the top shelf and come in what looks like a pint milk container. They only contain liver.
I buy Tyson the Wellness bars, Natural Choice apple or blueberry treats (man do they smell good!).
You could also just boil some chicken, beef , pork, liver and make your own. Or you could also boil the liver, meat and freeze dry it. To do that, boil it, and put it in a frostless freezer for about a month. I know you need some before that, but just an idea.
Good luck with your baby!! You'll enjoy pup for sure.

the smellier the better We used little bits of cheese and meat (no larger than the size of your smallest fingernail) and that worked pretty well for Kona who's food oriented but Kilby prefers a squeaky toy or a ball.

seems to me that every pup is different, Jasper loves Beggin Strips and we train him with those, but my friends five month old boxer wont even touch em...
