Questions to ask

Hello everyone!
A couple of weeks ago I had posted about a breeder I went to see that turned out to be a BYB, well I decided to pass on that litter (despite the deposit we put down that I doubt I'll be seeing in this lifetime!) and continue on my search to find a qualifying one. I felt really bad about letting that pup go but I knew it was best not to support the BYB's. I dont know how we got so lucky but a few days later, after raising our standards, we found the perfect pooch! We've named him Riley and he gets to come home this Friday afternoon..we're so thrilled!
I've already asked all the important health check questions and checked out where they're being raised everything is perfect and done by the book..and the family is so nice, we're really wondering how we got so lucky! My question to you all now is...What other questions should I ask now about his schedule etc. to make him more comfortable here when we bring him home? I've asked about food schedule/how much he personally eats in one sitting etc. but my mind is like clouded by all the excitement now I cant think of what else to ask..I just want him! :] Also we've raised our dogs from "puppyhood" before but it's been a while, we obviously know how to raise/train them I'm just focused more on his specific comforts now..and what would make the transition easiest for him!
