Talking Pregnant Boxer getting excited

I have two and a half more weeks to waite for my puppies to be born i cant waite i am so excited about it . This looks like she is going to have a big litter she seems really big and she still has two and a half weeks to go before she is due. The big day is July 16th. Anybody else having any litters due soon. Would like to know any advice on what they act like when they are real close to having them and the earliest day they can be born without anything being wrong with them i heard 63 days but alot of people say longer. Thanks for any advice. Joanie

Don't have a pregnant doggie right now, but I do have a nursing mommy with 6 puppies.
It was hard the last couple weeks, you get so anxious! Rosie went 3 days early.
My vet laughed at Rosie when she went for her ultra sound, said she looked like a Pot Bellied Pig!! (Rosie is a beagle, daddy a boxer)
Besides the obvious, not moving as fast, no jumping about. Rosie acted pretty much the same. Until 2 days before she gave birth. She stayed in her crate, she came out to pee (sometimes on the floor ! ) then went back to bed. Rosie usually so excited when we got company, didn't even come out to see anyone.
Poor girl was carrying 7 pups! We lost the runt after 2 days.
Good luck with the birth, it will be an amazing experience I'm sure.

I have a boxer bitch that is due around the 3 August. I now only have 2 and a half weeks to go and am very excited and worried at the same time. Our vet did an ultrasound and found nothing the first time and the a week later we went back for another nd he can see at least 4. He also said that is was possible that she is hiding maybe another 1 or 2 in her rib cage. Let me know how your litter went.
