Question

I know that it is normal to pass small bone fragments when barfing, but was wondering if it is alright if they occasionally pass larger size (1/2 inch) pieces. The bone fragments are soft and pliable, but am still concerned about the possibility of a bowel obstruction. - Cathy

If they are not proberly chewing up there bones, they could pass larger pieces. I really don't think that you need to be concerned about 1/2 inch pieces. You could try giving a probiotic and see it that helps

Probiotics definantly helped mine with the digestion of bones. I had the problem moreso of Lexi throwing up bone fragments though.
