Fresh turkey

What part of a turkey can a dog eat safely (other than the meat, obviously).

DH managed to get a turkey on today, and we're planning on getting the heart/lung/liver for monster boy and probably the neck. Anything else he can eat?

He can eat any of it, but I'd beware of the drumstick bones. Gus has a tendency to not chew up drumsticks very well and I've seen chunks of chicken drums in his stool, so he doesn't get huge turkey drums. But I've given him turkey backs with no trouble.
