Raw feeding, meals per day for puppy...

Brewtus will be 20 weeks old on Sat 4/14! I have been feeding him 3 meals a day, but I will need to feed him 2 meals a day during the week because no one will be home to give him is mid day meal. I will probably give him 3 meals a day whenever possible if i am home or during the weekend.

He eats about 2 lbs a day of RMB/Offals. He is about 35 lbs now, so do you think he can handle 2 meals a day at this age?

When do you typically transition puppies to 2 meals a day?

thanks

Mike

I would feed him as soon as you get home and then a smaller meal before bedtime.

I had a similar problem with Moto. I work in the evening. I would feed them a late breakfast around 9-10am and then he would get a good sized snack when I left for work around 2pm and then he would get his dinner at 11pm at night. He never had any problem with it.

Good luck!

I was thinking about that.

So basically I would feed him around 6-7 AM, then 5-6 pm, then 9-10 pm.
