We made the switch to raw!
I got a wild hair the other day and decided.... instead of just feeding the occasional RMB as a treat, I'm going to make this a fulltime diet.
So Juno is a raw gal now, and since raw meat isn't completely foreign to her body I'm hoping the transition isn't too bad. She's had chicken, lamb, turkey, and various organs before and I don't remember any of it causing her a problem, so fingers crossed this goes smoothly! We're just doing chicken leg quarters for now--still don't want to move too fast even though she's been introduced to other protein before.
I'm kind of excited. Not excited about trying to keep costs down--but she freaking loves what she's eating (okay, so she loves kibble too haha) and I love being able to provide her with a variety of fresh, species-appropriate food.

That's awesome! Juno must be so happy I'm unable to feed Happy and Sky raw right now but I definitely want to get back to it.

Amazing! Malcolm and I made the switch for him about 10 days ago, and I'll be switching Lila over as well once her adult teeth come in. I've had some great luck finding inexpensive meats from a couple of sources, so I'm sure you'll do just fine in that respect.
Good luck!

Yay for Juno! I'm betting you will have an easy transition since she's had a lot of it before with no problems. Of course there is a difference between occasional RMBs as treats well padded on either side of the feeding by kibble, but still, her body at least knows what to do with it.

So far its been going GREAT! 4 meals in and her stool is perfect and already smaller than when she was eating kibble. I'm just so, so happy that she's made the first step easy and did not get an upset tummy.
She's not even angry that I cut out her lunchtime meal (its just more convenient since I'm the only one that will feed the raw, and I can't guarantee I'll be home at noon).
It's kind of fun to feed this way!

You don't need to wait. She will do fine with her puppy teeth. Feeding raw will actually help with Lila's teething.
