what to ask for?

Ok, I have decided to put Tyson on raw full time. What do I ask our local slaughter house for? They also do deer processing during hunting season. They do cow, turkey, chicken, pig, I think lamb and probably a couple I can't think of.
Also, how hard is it to grind up the meat? So if I'm not home to feed him, at least Mike or one of the kids will do the ground up food.
I don't have a ton of freezer space, but enough to store about a month or two worth of meat.
Thanks for the suggestions!

You really need to find out what they have at a price you can afford. Just tell they them that you are looking for food for you dog.

We purchase the pre-ground meat and bone in a 5lb package by Mountain Dog. Makes it easy and accessible, for us anyway.

Thank you both for the advice. I will talk to them tomorrow when I get off work. From the few things (and I mean few) I have gotten, like trachea, and raw meaty bones, it is pretty cheap. They do all their own slaughtering, cutting, the whole 9 yards. I did have to "pre-order" the trachea though. But only had to wait about a week for it.
