I'd pass on the chicken wings - those have very little meat on them, and have the densest bone in a chicken carcass. Their only real use is for teaching adult dogs who're used to hoovering kibble, to chew (i.e. have a useful shape that enables you to hang onto one end without getting your fingers munched). But for anything else, they're not much use at all.
Right now, your 8 week old pup would easily be able to cope with consuming chicken necks - so I'd suggest those for consumable bone, along with some additional meat for balance. There is no reason also why he can't be given larger pieces, that he cannot consume in full yet, but can learn to chew his food with. So let the pup chew and consume as much as he can, then pick up the remainder and include it in your adult dog's next meal

It actually won't be that long before the little one is able to consume much bigger pieces, and this way you get a good idea all the time of what he is able to cope with.
