Wow, that was beautiful. I can't even begin to imagine your grief. Find comfort in knowing that Apollo is healthy and happy and playing with all the other furry creatures at Rainbow Bridge.

Lucy arrived 2 days before him, she's probably bossing him around already!

Godspeed sweet Apollo.....

How lucky he is to have such a wonderful Mommy & Daddy, he will never leave you. I had to let my Dylan go seventeen months ago.........I still cry everyday. He was my Boo, and that bond, oh yah that bond, it stays. It really does, he's with you and he loves you all very much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, I know Dylan will take good care of him, as will all the other little Angels....

I am very touched by your story about Apollo's life. I am so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful boy. I wish I could stop crying enough to write some words that mean something as his story broke my heart. Goodbye Apollo, goodbye...you'll be missed so much.
With tears,

Thank you for sharing your wonderfully touching tribute to Apollo. I know this has been difficult to go through. Apollo is up there playing with all of our babies who have passed before us. Please accept my deepest sympathies during this difficult time and give Cami a hug from us. Godspeed Apollo!

I am so sorry to hear about Apollo's passing, hes another angel taken far too soon. But in his close to 3 years of life, you gained his trust so much so that he knew by coming to you, you would be able to look into his eyes and into his soul and know that it was time. He gave you more than the 6 months the doctors predicated because of the love you gave to him.. and he had to stick around to watch over Lauren at least for a little while. Now hes at the bridge with all our other babies including Mac-- and they can finally get the chance to play because Mac isnt in any pain any longer either.

Godspeed Apollo

Unhappy

As I sit here and cry with you, my little one is wondering what is wrong. I can't even imagine the pain you are feeling. Hopefully telling Apollo's story will bring you some comfort.
This is a pain that know one wants to think about, ever!
Best wishes to you and your family. You will meet again.

The love you had for your baby Apollo was very apparent in your post, I too know how heartbreaking it is to lose a beloved pet. They are really so much more, they are family and it hurts to let them go. I am so sorry for your loss, please know you & your family are in my thoughts & prayers.

Godspeed Apollo
