First Somba, now Buddy is gone too.

Some of you may remember when we lost our Somba girl back in April. Now we've had to put our oldest girl Buddy down too. She was a great girl, 11 years old. I'm really sad to have lost both my girls in the same year. I miss them every day.

I'm so sorry about your girl. It's hard enough to lose one, but losing two is tough. At least you know they are together now at the Bridge watching over you.

Very sorry to hear about Buddy. I remember reading your post about Somba as well. I am sure they are together now romping and playing at the bridge.

My smypathies on the loss of your furry loved one.

The breeder of my first boxer, upon his passing, told me that the best way to move on is to get a puppy immediately. I hope this helps. I will be looking for your posts to see if you introduce a new pup.

Again, sorry to hear about Buddy.

Hi, Roxanna. We were keeping three dogs. When Somba left us we rescued a Border Collie from the local pound. You can read my post about the troubles I'm having with her in the "Other Pets" forum, titled "Need help with Border Collie behavior."

She is quite an intensive dog and at this time I'm pretty hesitant to bring in another dog. I don't know if we are going to be able to keep her, I'm pretty frazzled over the whole thing. She is such a sweet dog 99 44/100th's % of the time though. I need to talk with a trainer I guess, if I can find a good one.

Unhappy My condolences

So sorry to hear about your double loss. It must be so difficult to not be over one pups death and have to deal with another. You are a strong person to deal with all of this. I bet your furbabies are watching you from the Bridge...

My thoughts are with you. Take Care.
