Goodbye dear, dear Charlie.
Dear sweet Charlie.
He was a little, abandoned mongrel. In terrible condition when we took him in. No Boxer in him. He adopted us and became Lulu's friend, he was only about a year old and Lulu treated him like a son. This morning, out on our walk, I let his lead slip from my hand as he pulled to run to greet a dog over the road. He ran straight under a car.... I cannot forgive myself for being so careless. Mercifully he died instantly. Dear sweet boy, we loved you so much. Run free dear puppy. Lulu is curled up in her bed missing you already. I am so, so sorry.

My heart truly goes out to you. I wish I could help in your grief. Just know that I care.. I lost my boy yesterday and it hurts like no end. I am crying a river with you.
