Laila you were the best
Thank you Laila for being the best!! You were perfect. You gave us so much in the short time you were with us. You were the first dog your daddy ever truly loved, I thought he had been abducted by aliens the first time I caught him dancing in the kitchen with you. You were the glue that kept us from loosing our minds during some very difficult times. You always knew when someone needed you to hug and cry on your shoulder. You were a great ambassador for large dogs, more than once when I would take you to work you would stand gently and quietly to let the person who was scared of large dogs pet you. When you would hear kids come in you couldn't stand it until you got to say hello. I smile thinking of the occasions when I would come back from lunch and find a little girl behind the counter with you with her arms around your neck and you in heaven. Most of all you were Hannah's best friend. I still don't know how she could sleep with you on top of her snoring very loudly in her ear. I hate that you had to leave us so soon, we could not let you suffer in excucating. pain any longer, with your last breath you kissed the tears off my face. You will forever live in our hearts. We love you.
