Day 2
3 hours at the oncologist and his first dose of meds. So far so good. He got a special treat after we left the doctor. A couple of chicken nuggets and he ate them. We medicate every other day. If all goes well he spends the day at the oncologist next Thursday and we'll get another weeks worth of meds.

I must have missed your initial posts about Indy, wishing you all the luck in the world for a good result with this medication.

Thanks again. He gets his third treatment today. So far so good. He's eating and being a normal 5 year old boxer right now. I'm going to take more pics on Wednesday night to see if there has been any progress in tumor reduction. I think it's hard to tell when you see it every day.

Oh, that poor baby! I just about cried when I saw those pictures. He is such a beautiful boy! I am praying those meds do the trick. I just read this thread, and I'm sending all our boxer healing vibes to Indy! Please keep us posted and hang in there, with all of us on his side it's bound to do some good!

Hugs and kisses given...
We made it through the first week of treament. Indy's at the doc now getting his tests to make sure he's still functioning good. It looks to me like the tumor has gone down some. If all goes well today he gets round 2 of meds for another week. Still taking it day by day. From what I've been reading the side effects start to show up in the 2nd and 3rd week.
Here's a couple of pics from Day 7

I was just comparing the pics that you had put on this post earlier, and I think you're right. It does look like its getting smaller. Yayyy
