To Morrissey, from mommy.

Maybe some people will think me a bit mad but I just really wanted to write this for Morrissey, our boy who passed away last April.

Hi sweetheart, I hope you are happy where you are and running and playing.
Daddy, Brogan and I miss you so very much it hurts but you were so very ill and I'm sure you knew that and understood what we had to do. You made us so very happy. Daddy made a plaque with your name on it and I put it in the garden so I can always see it, an angel is watching over it and when I can do it, I'm going to put your favorite Yellow jingle ball by it all.
A little while ago we heard of a baby boy who was in need of a good home, he is 11 months old, he spent his first Xmas in an emergency hospital with pneumonia, he was not taken good care of by his first owners and they gave him up. We went to see him in his foster home and we knew that he needed people to love and take care of him, it wasn't an easy decision, it was so hard to lose you, but we decided to adopt him and he is home with us now. We are teaching him to play and he can already sit and give us kisses!

Oh my gosh. Im writing through tears right now, but that was really sweet. You're Morrissey was so lucky to have you, and Im sure he's proud of you for adopting a new bundle of joy into your home. God bless and good luck w/ your new angel.

I bet Morrissey had some sort of a hand in helping your family find Reilly (thats his name, right?)
