4 1/2 months old just started this how to break it!!!

hello i have posted her a few times bout lexus my 4 1/2 month old fawn puppy.. we finally got her broke of going potty in the house well almost for the most part she is doing very well at going to the door.. she did have a uti but the vet gave her some medication and took care of that.. now she just started going poop in her cage. she never has done this before and we cant figure out why.. we take her out every hour or so and she usually does her thing.. it seeems she is doing it more in her crate then anything... how can i stop her from doing this.. i wash her blankets every time she does it. please any suggestions would be great thanks...

First thing that came to mind ... is her crate very large?

If she has enough room to feel comfy at one end, it won't bother her to mess the other See if you can shorten it with a piece of cardboard, until she grows into it.
