walking out/teaching to walk by me

next week my puppy will be 9 weeks old (male), i have few questions:

*frist of all, is it the write age to start walking him out? or should i wait a little more?

*second, how to teach him not to pull?

*third, how to teach him not to run away from me when i releas him from the lish?

*last, after teaching him not to run away, how do i teach him to walk by me?

i know that teaching all this things is very hard, takes alot of patience and time, but i thought that if i start early it will be easier to acomplish for me and him
