Park question

I know Turk is too young to go to the local park with us, but we used to take Daisy almost every day. We walk for about an hour on the paths and then take her leash off and let her run around in a big field and play in the creek. We haven't taken her since we got Turk last week and she really misses it. I need to know if it is okay to still take Daisy or if she could pass something on to Turk just by playing with the other dogs there and swimming in the creek.

Re: Park question

I know some folks are really cautious about this sort of thing but I would take Daisy. As she is up to date on all her shots the chances of her bringing anything home to Turk are low. If she got into any "yucky " stuf I would just make sure she was all cleaned up before interacting with the pup. But, like I say, I tend to bend the "puppy" rules a lot so others may disagree. I would add that I have never had a problem with one of my older ones giving something to the younger ones this way
