Guideline on back of puppy food

Cali just had her shots appt today and she weighs 14lb at 10.5 weeks...I have been looking at the bag of puppy food and going by the weight of up to 10 lbs..I didn't think she weighed as much as she does...So the range of 10-20lbs for up to 11 weeks say 2 to 3 1/3...That is kind of a big range, how do I know how much is enough? She finishes her bowl of 1/2 cup 4x per day so quickly. Should I up it by 1/4 c per feeding?

Well, 14 lbs. is just shy of the middle of the next weight range, so a starting point would be an amount that is just shy of the middle of the recommended feeding amount. Since the amount is 2-3 1/3 cups, I would start with 2 1/2 cups total daily amount, divided into 4 meals. If I do the math correct, that works out to 5/8 of a cup each feeding.
