Is there really any difference between buffer C and ester-C? I see that you can get generic buffer C for about a 1/2 to a 1/3 of the price of ester-c and it says it's from "calcium assorbate", which I believe so is ester-c?

It's both. it's a type that is eaiser on the stomach, but it's also a brand that comes in a blue and orange bottle.

Thanks I'm going to switch her vitamin C then as it does seem Ester-C or buffered vitamin C is much much better. I'm going to buy the buffered vitamin C when I get a chance.

Thanks for all the help...everybody
