which food?

Hi I just need a little help deciding which food to go with cause I'm looking to put my pup on an all life stages food from acana he's currently eating the puppy/junior but would like to switch him to either the Prairie Harvest or Acana pacifica and I just not sure which to choose and any reviews you can give me in deciding but it also I guess is up to my pup with trial and error with food right? Thanks for any help you can give me.

They are both pretty good foods. You should rotate foods every few months. Ideally you should change manufacturers as well. So just pick one and after a couple of months, try the other one. Rotating between 3-4 different foods would be ideal.

Good luck!

Thanks for the help. So I should be rotating/changing foods every few months even if its an all lifestages food. I'm just curious to know why its ideal as well to change manufactures too? I like learning new things

Yes!

It's mainly to make sure that they get a well rounded diet and that they are not missing anything in that diet. It will also help to prevent your dog from developing allergies. It's good idea to change manufacturers too, as it's possible that if there is some minor mineral or vitamin missing in a manufacturers food and it would likely be missing in all their foods.

It also give your dog variety in their diet. It would be awful boring eating the same thing month after month.
