Question Pedigree Abbreviations?

Hello everyone,
I'm researching the dogs in my pups pedigree and came across these abbreviations: CEO, LOM & CD
Now I know what SOM & DOM mean and there are quite a few of those too but I've never seen these.
If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!

CD is an obedience title. It means "Companion Dog." "LOM" means Legion of Merit. It means the dog has sired/produced four or more SOMs or DOMs. So that's a pretty high achievement. Here is a link to some other dog title abbreviations -

PS Don't know what "CEO" means, other than Chief Executive Officer. Could it be a misprint?

Thanks for the link.
I also found out LOM means Leigon of Merit where the dog had to produce so many SOM & DOMs.
I'm still working on the CEO. I don't believe its a misprint cause I searched on Google and a couple of other dogs had the suffix but of course none said what it meant.
I'll be sure to post if I find what it means.

CEO is not an AKC title, but it shows up as part of the AKC registered name, so it must just be a part of the name. The dogs I've seen with that designation have all been from the same breeder, so it must have special meaning to them.

Sorry I took so long to get back. I've had alot going on. CEO is part of the name as Julie said. Thanks Julie. My breeder was confused on that and told me it was a title but after consulting a few other Boxer Club Members they set us straight.

POM means Producer of Merit; a dog or bitch who has produced at least one Sire or Dam of Merit. (SOM - Sire of Merit - is a dog with at least seven Champion offspring; DOM - Dam of Merit - is a bitch with at least four Champion offspring.) The other Merit award is the Legion of Merit, for a dog who has produced at least four SOM/DOM or a bitch who has produced at least three SOM/DOM.
