The breeder should have supplied you with a copy of the dog's pedigree; I'm not sure how CKC registration works, specifically, but you could ask them -
www.ckc.ca With the AKC, you can get a printed pedigree for an additional fee - it doesn't automatically come with the registration papers. The breeder would have had to provide pedigrees on the parents to register them with the CKC, so they'd have the information in their records, but any titles earned in countries other than Canada won't be listed on their paperwork.
