Fly Ball & Frisbee for Abby

Abby is now 8 months and loves to run and jump. I want to teach her a "sport" that she can run and jump. I don't know what fly ball is, so if someone can tell me what it is and how to teach her that would be great. Also, I would like to know if any of your boxers play frisbee, and if so how did you teach them. I have started tossing a tennis ball at Abby so she learns how to catch the ball, but other than that I don't know how to teach her to run and jump.

I can't throw a frisbee without looking like an a@@! I'm thinking flyball might be an option though. Lara is an excellent fetcher!
