Walking question

Hey all...a quick questions for you. Is 2-3 miles of walking per day too much for a 9 month old? It's not all at once...we wake up and do about a mile to a mile and a half in the morning, then the same at night. And it's not a super fast walk, just normal walking. Is this too much?

I don't think so. I walk mine a couple of miles at a time and Buster (8 mo.) still has energy to burn!

i agree, me i walk my babies for 1 to 1;1/2 hours every day twice a day so that they can burn their energy , what you can do is to asses your babies because you can observe them if they still have some energy if they do it's fine long walk and play for sure.

Thanks for the replies! He seems to enjoy the walks and is much more relaxed at home. Even when we get home he still wants me to throw around his stuffed animals for a little while! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't pushing him too hard.
