AimeeDBoxer, what you need to do to "build up" the drive is to frustrate your dog. Your dog needs to earn the bite. Don't feed her the the sleeve, make her miss once then let her bite. Everytime she barely misses, it builds frustration and makes her want it even more. You have to channel that energy and make it very clear to her, that the more she wants it, the more she'll get it.
