Any body with birds:???

I have four cock tails two males an two females one of the males learned to whistle and i did not even know how. i also own two small green parrots. i tried to mate a pair of cock tails but as soon as they had their eggs they stayed on the nest but the eggs never hatched, does anybody has any pointers or tips on what to do>? im confused

I dont have any now but I grew up with Cockatils

I used to teach them to talk, clip there wings but never mate them. I know mine used to love eating fruit, and honey covered birdsead. Gosh that was long ago.
I used to have a parrot also but it died a month after purchase. My dad bought it for me for x-mas from a breeder and it was sick and he didnt know that till it died.
He sued and we got our money back and more.

I will ask my dad about the birds, he still has some. He is a bird lover and knows it all I am sure lol

My uncle has cockatils. He has a male and a female which bred and laid eggs. One egg hatched but the other 2 were no good. From what I understand they're hard to breed.

I like that my uncle doesn't clip their wings...they are aloud to fly around the house. I love that!!!

I just bought a cockatil about one month ago. He's a real sweetie and already wolf whistles for my daughter. Casey Caye also loves to take showers.
