Cleaning cat stained pavement

A co worker of mine just bought a house and the previous owner had a cat box outside. It appears the pavement around where the box used to be is urine stained. He asked the best way to get out that smell, and I can't really think of any chemicals other than possibly power washing the area. I know Nature's Miracle works pretty well on carpet, but not sure if it works on pavement. Any suggestions?

USE VINEGAR!!! Trust me it'll do the trick. Best thing for urine smells period.
