Is your dog's name unique?

Our first boxer was named DOPEY (he died in june and was 14 months old) and our 5 month old is named BEANO. We think their names fit to each one well.

I thought his name was unique until I joined Boxerworld! I've seen at least two other dogs named Crash on here. But lucky for us - one of them lives close by and we get our boys together to play.

Our Boxer is named Bentley! He's just the cutest!

I have never heard of another pup named Mercede. It took me two days to figure out a name and while I was tryin to decide I simply called her puppy lol. Then in the end it was either Jasmine or Mercede, I took votes from everyone in the family and friends because I couldnt choose. It was a very close vote but finally Mercede won. When I decided that was her name I looked at her and said "yea you look like a mercede type of girl" lol Not sure how unique it is but I never heard it before. I actually found it in a baby name book.

His name is "Tank" He got it for several reasons. One my husband was a in a tank in the army. And Second he plowed over top of his brothers and sisters when we went to get him, only to smother our daughters with kisses :-) And now since he has tripled in size and is only 10 months old..it's very fitting :-)

my best friends dad named their two boxers (pardon the language) d*mnit and dick. i always thought it was funny when he would yell at them. he yelled, "D*mn*t Dick!" Little things in life amuse me.

I've never heard of another dog named Enzo. It took us a long time to decide on a name and my boyfriend finally picked out Enzo. (It's a type of car I guess.) But it suits him. His nicknames are Zo and Zo-Zo.

My boxer is named Bella. I thought it was diffrent but I have seen alot of boxer named Bella at Boxerworld! Oh well..I usually call her Bellarina anyway!

Funny I dont think there are any other Sugar's or Ray's that I have seen. I recall perhaps one SugarRay, but thats it. 10 years ago we didn't see too many boxers around we had to keep the names of our two new pups "boxer themed". We already had a Tyson, and what the heck do you call a female boxer and still keep it boxer related. Then we came up with calling the male Ray and the female Sugar. We always wanted a third to call Leonard !!

Ikaika is my 6 year old boy and Mai'lani is my almost 3 year old girl. Ikaika means, strong and kingly and Mai'lani means, from heaven. They are Hawaiian.
