My puppy's name is Raymi. It comes from the Indigenous language in the Andes (south america), Quechua. There is a festival called Inti Raymi (Celebration of the Sun), so Raymi means celebration or party. It fits him very well! he is always ready for a party!

Boots!!!!!
Before i got my pup i was thinking about calling him Manners or Prince (short for Prince Charming) but when i got him my daughter wanted me to call him Scooby Doo.... but some how i think i heard that name somewhere before . So after much debate, we settled for Boots from Dora the Explorer, not only is it cute, it fits him because his feet are all white so even though it looks like socks, boots fits.

just done a quick search for RALPH. And i think my boxers the only one called that here. Does that make him unique?
I think that when you tell someone you have a boxer and they ask his name and i say its RALPH they know exactly what their getting. Mayhem and fun.
We're now thinking of getting another boxer, a female this time and i'm searching for the right name for her. Has to be a Human name and match a boxers personality.

I came up with an ordinary name for my first boxer, but then my father suggested Hagrid. I am a huge Harry Potter fan, so now HER name is Hagrid. As more books came out and more characters were introduced I had more names to choose from when I decided to get my second one. Nymphadora Tonks is a character from the 5th book. She is good at heart, but a bit clumsy and goofy. It fits her perfectly!!!

If it the one i thinking of its a REALLY big sniper rifle. So if your husband says 'im going to get my Barrett' and you've just had an arguement.....I'd phone a taxi and get the guy to drive really fast away from hubby..

We named ours stellar punkin gizzard. How's that for a name hee hee. My skin babies came up with that so calling her can be quite a mouthful if I'm annoyed and use her whole name otherwise she is just stella. Besides...there is just something funny about seeing my 6 yr old son standing on the porch yelling "STELLA" like Brando in Streetcar lol.

Well,
Louis ( pronounced Louie - just spelled different ) isn't that uncommon of a name, but I named him after the Vampire character from " Interview with a vampire " just cuz the name and character stuck out to me "
I don't think many dogs are named after vampires, but who knows ?

We named our little white bundle of joy Venus to stay with the god theme. We have two other boxers in the family named Zeus and Achilles.

Unique?
Our rescue was already named Sawyer for the Mark Twain Book, Tom Sawyer. However, we have renamed him Sawyer Brown for the Country Band of the 80's. Our family, sisters & bros, etc. have all had different types of dogs but pretty much standard names if you're a bartender LOL!

We named our boxer pup (6wks5d, 7lb) Reina (queen, in spanish). It fits perfectly since she thinks she rules the whole house and already has established herself as dominant over our 11mo old, 65lb male walker/rott mix! I think it's pretty unique myself! Our male is named Danner, and I'm yet to come across another one of those too.
