Smile Reverse Brindle

We are getting a reverse brindle and I posted pics on "show off your boxer." My hubby wants a unique name. I liked smoky but he wasn't too keen on it. Any suggestions will be helpful we won't be picking him up until March 12 or thereabouts.

Ava was easy because she was born around Christmas.

he was born about a week before valentine's day hence why we are waiting a couple of weeks to pick him up. He has a health gurantee and everything. (he tried to follow DH out today to come home it was cute).

I love Valentino since he looks like he's going to be a suave little heartbreaker

How about Valens, here is what I found on the internet. The name "Valentine", derived from valens (worthy, strong, powerful).

Smile Good suggestions....

I like Valen. He is looking for a different unique name though. I had to coax him into naming Ava. He likes sticking close to german names since they are from Germany originally. Smokey Valen would suit me just fine or valentino.

I think it sounds cute if you put smokey valentino

Will see what can talk DH into.

anyone got any unique names like strong curious something in those lines. His dad is quite the big boxer. He loves to play too (as all boxers do).

Thanks for the suggestions and please keep adding anymore you have.

I found this list of German names, suitable for a dog:

German Great Dane names, complete list

From that list I like Jaeger the best.

Wink Half a name :P

I suggested chief and hubby likes it. Now we just have to match something to chief. Trying to get him to call him Chief (valen/smokey). I tried to get him to name the puppy reese too. We shall see what it will be but will be Chief _____. We are going to visit with him tomorrow afternoon.

Since he was born so close to valentines day, I was going to suggest Romeo, but that may not be 'macho' enough for your husband, lol.

Unhappy sorry

I like Chief *Romeo Valen and Jagger* (says he don't want to name him after food or drink). Anyways, hubby said he wants it Chief (german name) our last name on his papers. Any ideas? He wants something similar to Ava (german) merridy where the name sounds good but not overpowering.

Thanks for all the ideas and I am trying but he don't think they are "macho" enough yet.
