Had the perfect name for boy, now getting girl need help

I love the name Ember for a girl!

It was easier for us to think of a male name as well. We almost had a female that we were going to call Afton. And we like Daisy (thought I know its common) too.

Lots of cute suggestions on this thread so far. London stood out as extra cute to me.

Thanks for all the great names. We were all set to get the girl then I happened to pass my son's room one day with him looking very sad. When I asked him why he finally admitted he really wanted a boy but didnt want his baby sis to be disappointed with the puppy. I thought it was really sweet and my daughter said she didnt care what the puppy was as long as it was a puppy oh and a boxer so we decided on the male and he is coming home in two weeks. So Rocket it is, although now I can't use any of these cute girl names..I hope they will help out the rest of you who are stuck for a name. Thanks everyone for your help we will post pictures!

I like roxy because it sticks with the same name not sure if anyone put that yet but im making my opinion =DD yeah roxy is a great name for a boxer if you choose it... In my experience they recognize their names quicker if its shorter rather than longer... Like sake Smirnoff is a hard name to teach... if you dont like roxy... Tonnie or if you can find a design on them if its brindle... or a design on a white patch of their body... it would be great and just go off that sorry if i wasnt much help

I have to say Star sounds nice. And she will be the "Star" of the house. But I also like names out of the ordinary so Kieri that you picked is very pretty.

I had the same problem, I had already picked the name for the boy boxer I was going to get (Hemi) but I ended up with a pretty brindle girl and my husband named her Kona. I am a huge fan of the name Roxy for a girl. Congrats though on Rocket!

Congrats on Rocket!! I am sure he is a handful by now!! I had a girl named Roxy...she was my princess!! I will always love that name! But now I am in my own search for a female name...hmmmm....
