AKC Name help

Ok, I'm still debating whether to register Ateryu or not.....I've got his AKC paperwork but seeing that he's just going to be a pet and be neutered, I'm not sure if it's worth registering him. But anyways, if I do, I need some help with his registered name. These are some of the things I'd like included. A little history, Kaybie is named after my sister whom I lost to breast cancer at 27 years old. Her initials were K.B. = Kaybie. When I picked Atreyu up from the breeder last week, my mom was with me and as we drove away with him, we look up ahead and there is an absolutely breathtaking beautiful rainbow overhead. My mom and I both burst in to tears and knew right away that my sister was with us during this happy moment of bringing my new baby home. I'd really like to incorporate my sister in to his registered name and/or possibly the rainbow somehow. Any ideas?

"(sisters name) Over the Rainbow with Ateryu"

or

"Ateryu Over the Rainbow to (sisters name)"

or

(sisters name) Pot of Gold for Ateryu

or

(sisters name)'s Wizard of Oz

Rainbows are also an aura of sorts so many incorporate aura with Ateryu and your sisters name.

Please let us know what you settle on.

As far as I see, the name can only be 30 characters long including spaces and apostrophes, etc. Someone suggested one that I'm really liking unless something better comes up.

Considering the Neverending Story(Where Atreyu's name came from?) it makes perfect sense to go with Atreyu's Neverending Rainbow. Like your sister's life, it is neverending, she is with you always. A rainbow is a significant reminder of your sister and the metaphorical value(layers just like life and in many colors, with no ending-only continuation).
