Hi I am the very proud owner of Tahoe. He's our 8 1/2 month old brindle ball of energy. We have many nicknames for him, our favorite being "ruckus". Although he is fooling us with a nap right now, he is the most energetic puppy I've ever known. He follows my husband and I everywhere we go, loves to cuddle, and absolutly adores car rides anywhere. He has mastered the art of table begging- he can really make you beleive that he is starving- and become the best sock thief in the mid-west, you cannot turn your back on him when doing laundry. He is the best thing that has ever happened to or family and is terribly spoiled because of it. He loves to sleep at our feet at night and always puts up a good fight for any extra bed space he can steal. Needless to say, he has quite the normal boxer characteristics. I love reading about all of the other boxers (on this site)especially the ones that remind me of our baby, Tahoe.

Boxers are great "Shadows"; they'll follow you around everywhere. Good luck with the new puppy.

Foot rest

Hi just to say thanks for sharing your adorable puppy stories with us. I am sure you will have years of enjoyment from him. Ginty has never eaten a sock, but she can find chocolates , no matter where they are hidden, she will not help herself, but will make such a commotion , just to let us know she has found them. Sometimes in the summer I think she thinks shes a cow, she will go round the garden , selecting certain types of grasses, and really seems to be enjoying them. One year I grew cherry tomatoes, and every time Ginty passed she would eat one or two. Ginty also loves bananas, tangerines, and cheese. Well, I think Ill go to bed now, it 10.30 and I have work in the morning, bye
