Proud mom of 10 year old brindle!

Hi Everyone,

I've been the proud mother to a beautiful brindle boxer for 10 years. We inherited her from a family giving her away when she was just a 10 months old. Little did we know what we were getting ourselves into with a Boxer! But, we've loved her unconditionally ever since! She's had a lot health issues over the years, most notably mast cell tumors and allergies...which is all probably related. We've done a lot to help her, but as she's getting older, it's getting worse. I joined this forum to see if there were others out there with boxers that had the same issues, and to look for some support. Unfortunately I think we're losing our battle...but we won't go down without a fight!

As a side note, my in-laws are also a boxer family and have been for a number of years. They just got a new white puppy boxer who happens to be deaf. But he's beautiful, cute and very smart!
